'When Chiu Woon Meets Teresa Teng' is another semi-autobiographical musical by Chiu Woon, following her one-woman show 'A Date with Chanel'. It is a heartfelt stage production that starts with her own story but ultimately pays tribute to the late Teresa Teng.

This musical tells the story of home and roots. Home is where your family is, and roots are the land you walked barefoot on as a child. No matter where you go in the world, nowhere else feels as gentle as that familiar land. Especially when you meet someone from the same hometown abroad, they instantly become family.

This is a play about Chiu Woon, but it is also a play about Teresa Teng. Their encounter begins in their shared hometown of Hebei, China……..
